About the "Download videos and watch them offline" function for YouTube Premium members
As long as the user is a YouTube Premium member and is in any country that supports this service /region, you can download specific videos to your device’s offline viewing list through the YouTube mobile app, and enjoy the downloaded videos for up to 48 hours.
